Julia Sharwood

Julia is an avid internet trends watcher and social media enthusiast. She has worked on social media and online presence strategies for clients such as Bendigo and Adelaide bank, Queen’s Slipper cards, Invista, QSR international and Trading Post.

Julia spent the last semester of her Marketing/Advertising degree abroad in the UK. It was there that she developed an appreciation for big-budget integrated digital creative and Belgian beer and cut her teeth with a little strategy consulting on the side of her studies.

Julia can tell a story in 140 characters and remembers fondly the days of ICQ and geocities. When she is not working with online communities, Julia enjoys blogging, sampling Melbourne’s coffee and reading about Twitter controversies caused by Bollywood actors.
