You will be adept at managing large groupsof stakeholders, rationalising and prioritising features and organisingour troops to deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and implement communication processes
  • Manage project issues and assumptions/decisions and escalate where appropriate
  • Estimate and plan projects, assign team roles and responsibilities
  • Request and allocate appropriate levels of resource, ensuring the business has adequate view of upcoming resource requirements
  • Manage cross-capability resources during the project life cycle
  • Motivate and generate enthusiasm within the project team
  • Manage projects to an agreed plan and specification
  • Deliver projects within the agreed time and budget parameters

Key Skills:

  • Solid experience of managing marketing projects within an agency or marketing function within a client, with a specific focus on digital
  • Able to manage projects and work in an autonomous fashion
  • Good understanding and ability to implement appropriate project processes to manage scope, quality, timing and budget including early detection of variance
  • The Project Manager is involved in client work almost exclusively and must be able to confidently liaise directly with clients in a professional manner
  • Comfortable with high-level web technology as means of furthering your involvement in the project life-cycle
  • Responsible for tracking project performance to facilitate accurate budget vs. actual reconciliation
