Group Account Director

 In this role you will:

• Manage senior client relationships, leading online marketing and development projects, as well as planning activities
• Work with a talented group of Account Managers /Producers in developing and managing proposal documents, project plans and account financials
• Manage agency team members across disciplines and against changing client needs
• Seek business opportunities through existing client relationships
• Actively participate in new business planning and related presentations

What we’d like from you:

• 5+ years of agency account management experience, with a focus on digital Knowledge of web strategy, design, technology, current and emerging trends and the general digital landscape
• Excellent people skills with the ability to manage relationships both with internal teams and across a diverse client base
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to identify opportunities to develop superior creative, enhance the client’s business and grow the DTDigital business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to present autonomously at senior level)
• Excellent commercial knowledge with the ability to quickly grasp business issues
• 
Positive, 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work effectively with other team members, coordinating digital producer and other team members to deliver on client objectives
• Ability to effectively manage budgets, estimates and invoicing
• Strong Project Management skills and experience
