We’re looking for someone who can effectively manage client relationships and agency service through:
Account Management
- Experience and knowledge of web strategy, design and technology
- Develop and maintain positive, profitable client relationships
- Manage internal stakeholders in a fully-integrated account structure
- Understand the importance of client satisfaction, and create it consistently
- Work with strategic, creative and technical teams to proactively develop new ideas that will benefit the client’s business
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships within a diverse client base
- The ability to quickly grasp business issues and work well under deadlines
Project Management
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Deliver high levels of channel ownership and responsiveness
- Work closely with technical and creative teams to develop and implement solutions
- Manage multiple client stakeholders with integrity and sensitivity
- Clearly translate client requirements in written, internal briefs
- Ensure all members of the project team understand the brief
- Provide direction and advice on strategy and solution where appropriate; or engage strategy team when required
- Contribute to improving our methodology and processes
- Ensure the quality of time / project related data
Leadership
- Support the development of team members and inspire a sense of support and direction
- Look for and create opportunities for clients, the business and team members
- Ensure the business values are reflected in everything that we do
- Embody a culture of continuous improvement
- Have a sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables
